What does Luban Play provide?
Luban Play provides B2B digital gift card distribution, supported game top-ups, procurement support, a partner portal and an OpenAPI for approved business customers.
Does Luban Play sell directly to consumers?
The public website is designed for business inquiries. Purchasing access is provided to approved partner accounts through the B2B Portal or API.
How can my company become a partner?
Email sales@lubanplay.com with your legal company name, registration country, website, target products, markets, monthly volume and preferred delivery method.
Can I view live prices publicly?
No. Live B2B prices, denominations and inventory are account-specific and are shown after approval in the Portal or product API.
Are gift cards redeemable worldwide?
Not necessarily. Many products are restricted by issuer country, account region, currency or platform. Confirm the enabled SKU and issuer terms before ordering.
Does Luban Play offer an API?
Yes. Approved partners can use Bearer-authenticated endpoints for balance, catalog, gift card orders, game top-ups, order queries, bulk batches and webhooks.
How do bulk orders work?
The enterprise bulk endpoint accepts up to 1,000 cards and immediately returns a batch ID. Processing continues asynchronously in chunks, with results available by webhook, query API or CSV.
How are duplicate API orders prevented?
The client_reference field is idempotent. Reusing the same reference with the same parameters returns the existing order instead of charging again.

Luban Play F.Z.E. is registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, under Business Licence No. 52769.
